The most effective and important way to protuct your partner is for you to be on anti-HIV drugs, with good control of your viral load. In that case, he probably does not need pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) -- if you are his only partner. Discuss with the doctor or clinic managing your HIV. Good luck!
