Fordyce spots...: ... are simply prominent sebaceous skin glands. They are not abnormal. But if quite prominent and their appearance bothers you, see a dermatologist to a) confirm the diagnosis and b) discuss treatment options. Avoid scam ads for ineffective treatments on the internet and elsewhere.
