Multiple causes:: See a podiatrist: possible osteoarthritis, gout, plantar fasciitis bone disease. Never ignore these symptoms.

Pain : It could be a multitude of things including arthritis, unknown injury or some other cause of inflammation. She needs to see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis
