Yes, it is safe.: Because Zyrtec is not a slow release tablet, it can be safely broken in half. Zyrtec also exists as orally disintegrating tablets and oral solution which can be helpful for patients with swallowing difficulties.

Zyrtec can be split : Zyrtec is not a sustained release type pill. Therefore you can cut it in half and not harm the effect. It is however an odd shape and may be challenging.
