Concussion rehab...: Can be quite challenging. Physical therapy can be helpful to include balance training and proprioceptive rehabilitation exercises. A graded return to full activity should always be follow. Any incremental increase in work out intensity that causes symptoms to return should be stopped and the prior level be restarted. It is also important to avoid over stimulation (tv, video games, etc.).

Get checked: If your brain has not fully recovered from a concussion, you can continue to have ongoing problems. After a concussion, your brain needs complete rest. If you place strain on your brain before it has healed, your symptoms can worsen. It would be good to get evaluated by a neurologist.
