Just a thought: but the "pattern" of your pain may just reflect bowel GAS moving from your upper gi (stomach) to the lower (sigmoid colon) If I am right you will begin to pass gas through your rectum ...... You may be EATING TOO FAST (swallowing air!!!) Eat slower..chew your food ... Hope this helps...just a thought Dr Z
