Male fertility: One study showed that "Sperm counts in five of 11 men with fertility problems soared by 491% after they stopped having baths or using the hot tub for a few months." REF: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/6418771.stm Overheating can impact sperm production. I am not aware of any studies that state that this causes permanent infertility.
