Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the information you provided, does not add up. MCV value may be 75, it cannot be 7.5. High MCH and low MCV do not add up. Discuss these with the doctor who ordered the test.
