Exam: Make certain your tea and coffee are not too hot. Also, you need to be examined at a clinic as soon as possible. The causes of the bleeding could be something as simple as a minor ulcer in your mouth to something more serious such as an ulcer or tumor in your esophagus, intestine or stomach. The sooner you are properly diagnosed the better your chances for a full recovery.
