Mgt: One possible cause is muscular inflammation. A heating pad and ibuprofen may help. If the pain persists please see your PCP.

Is it an ulcer? Severe burning pain in the esophagus and stomach. Antacids (tums) taken, fallowed by ranitidine 75mg and Prilosec otc.
