Be careful: as products marketed as colon clenses have no proven benefit and are nothing other than laxatives. I don't know what products you are looking at but there is no way to "cleanse " the colon to rid you of your issues. If anything you will have only temporary relief. Consider discussion with your doctor or referral to a GI doctor
