Periods: There are a variety of possibilities - may be some medical condition e.g. thyroid problem or polycystic ovarian syndrome and sometimes periods can be dysregulated for no clear medical reason (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) but even in this latter case if they are causing issues there are options to manage this. Please see your doctor for assessment and if needed running tests.
