Left nostril prone to nosebleeds. sometimes nostril feels slightly painful inside. can dry nostril cause this pain? i put vaseline in it everyday

Its too dry: Anytime there is dry or cracked skin, it can be sore. For a place like your nose it is easy for it to bleed. A small amount of vaseline is good to help protect the skin. However, you may want to try a "saline gel" to help increase the humidity in your nostril or you may want to try using a humidifier especially at night.
