Yes not sex related: Migraine is 4x more common among females. A risk factor for delayed resolution of concussion symptom includes a prior to concussion history of migraine. When concussion symptoms remain persistent past 6 weeks this is considered PCS. You may not have concussion symptoms but rather recurrent or transformed migraine.
