Limited options: Male contraception is limited to condoms, withdrawal (or pulling out), abstinence and vasectomy. Condoms and the withdrawal method are convenient but have a high failure rate. Vasectomy is very effective but isn't reversible if you want children in the future. There are no male contraceptive pills. Best wishes!
