Various methods : Birth control options during breast feeding include condoms with or without spermicides, diaphragm and cervical cap with spermicides, & progestin-only oral contraceptives, or “The Mini-Pill.” I suggest you discuss the best method of birth control for you while breastfeeding with your gynecologist and please have regular exams. I wish you & your baby well with your health!
