A 24-year-old female asked:
Is it possible for a tension headache to last for months? if yes, what are the best home remedies?

Clinical Psychology 40 years experience
Headaches: come in several types, e.g., muscular, vascular, cluster. Stress headaches are unpleasant but fairly common. Please start w/a visit to your doctor to rule out medical conditions. Then consider seeing a clinical psychologist for stress management training such as biofeedback or clinical hypnosis. (See www.asch.net for referrals). Peace and good health. You can do it.
