I have a huge blister on the sole of my foot that is throbbing with shooting pains. it is almost unbearable. is there anything i can do to help?

Blister: If the blister is very large it's best to have a physician remove some of the fluid and give you instructions on avoiding pressure on it and how to prevent secondary infection of the blistered area.
