DependsOnSymptoms: All we can advice based on the information you have given as chest cold.If it is causing any difficulty in breathing,then you go to the ER right away and get checked.Otherwise you can take Tylenol if you have fever and over the counter cough medicine like Robituscin DM and drink plenty fluids.God Luck
