You require: an IN PERSON evaluation and diagnosis ! A YEAR is too long for a symptom like this...get it checked out and do not have unprotected sex until it is evaluated...doesn't "sound like" an STD but it STILL needs a Diagnosis! Hope this helps! Dr Z
