Is there a relationship between sinus drainage and back neck pain? every time i sniff in i feel a pain in the back of my neck.

Yes: The body is related. Sinus drainage is not normal. Xcess drainage goes down the back of the throat or out the mouth or nose. See a ENT doctor to get better faster.

NeckPainNeedsChecked: The sinus drainage can cause pain in head and neck as well sometime but not always.You may have neck pain due to muscle strain or other causes.And we don't know what you mean by sinus drainage.So I advice you to consult your Primary Care Doctor and find out what is causing your pain in the neck,and get your sinus drainage whatsoever it is also treated
