Whenever i put pressure on my knee when kneeling i get burning sensation on he side of knee. no other pain. only when kneeling does it happen?

Knee: Since the discomfort is not on the center of the knee where the direct pressure is, it may be stretching of ligament or tendon causing the burning sensation. This is different from tendonitis or inflammation of the kneecap itself or cartilage disease. Apparently you're not having enough symptoms or limitations at this time to warrant a consultation from an orthopedic specialist.
