Need more details: What you have is a bit unusual. Tell us how long have you had this sensation? How have you have handled it? Do you eat at the regular hours of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner? or do you eat more or less often?. How is your weight doing ? I would advise you to avoid eating or drinking sugary foods or drinks(reduce sugar slowly) and increase Protein intake with each meal(eat Eggs/ Almonds/ meats/Fish).
