Needs to be checked: It is difficult for us to say what is causing it without detailed history and physical examination.It could be due to inflammation in the chest wall called costochondritis or pain originating in pleura(covering membrane of lungs) if it comes on deep inspiration,or from condition in the lungs.And may be from esophageal spasm or inflammation.Consult your Doctor
