Yes: There is always a chance of pregnancy if one is not using her birth control pills correctly. However, missing just one pill and then taking 2 pills the next day usually does not lead to a lowered level of contraception. That means no worries. A urine pregnancy test can still be done a few weeks later, if worried about pregnancy, or if the usualy withdrawal period doesn't happen.
