Lack information: When was this finding seen1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester? Did you have any screening tests for Down syndrome? Any family history? “Isolated“ depends on the skill of the sonographer and the knowledge of what to look for. Was a view of the nasal bone normal? The best screening test by far is testing fetal DNA in maternal blood, done as early as 9 weeks, Results in 1 week.
