When running for longer than 30 minutes, i start to get pins and needles in my feet. my laces are tied loosely so i dont think that is causing it.

Neuropathy: This could be a variety of things including foot nerve pinching, decreased blood circulation, foot deformity such as callus etc pushing on nerve- you mah want to see a podiatrist and get a foot xray and ABI checked with the general exam. Take your shoes with you- may be a simple footwear problem.
