Pregnancy risk low: The risk of pregnancy by precum (pre-ejaculate) only is extremely low and highly unlikely. In general, precum either contains no sperm or dead sperm. Though it is possible that a relatively very small number of live sperm can find their way into the precum (which originates from Cowper’s glands and the Glands of Littre in the urethra), the statistical chance of pregnancy is close to zero.
