Activity?: Having spotting the 2nd day (after the hymen has been perforated ) is not uncommon but even if you were pregnant , one would not expect breast changes 4 days after. I suspect that the pain might have been from direct trauma such as position, strong caress, having a heavy body on top etc. If NSAID does not help or the problem persists for another 3-4 days, best to check with your doctor.
