Suddenly got headache, nausea with some vomiting, and weakness. what might be the reason? doesn't happen very frequently but once in a quarter or so.

Multiple causes: Your description of nausea and vomiting with sudden headache are typical of migraine. The weakness is more concerning. There are many other causes to be ruled out before a accurate diagnosis can be made. Best see a neurologist, preferable one who specializes in headache. There are very good medicines for migrane available.

Headache.: On the surface, it sounds like you may be getting migraine headaches. But at your age, it would be unusual to start getting headaches - typically they start in our teens to early-20s. That’s not to say that these may not be migraines, but it does mean that you need an investigation. Blood testing and MRI of the brain to start.
