Dr assessment needed: The 2 most important possibilities to rapidly exclude here are infection post procedure and retained products (other possibilities less common too). Would be great if you could encourage her to be seen urgently by a doctor as may need examination, swabs and in some cases ultrasound referral to sort it out. All the best.
