We have our wires: crossed! If you just had IUI (intrauterine insemination) you are hoping to NOT get your period, i.e. you are hoping to be pregnant. The Duphaston is a progestin that is used to optimize the uterine lining theoretically hoping to enhance the chance of embryo implantation. While I don't treat infertility myself, a dose of 20 - 10 mg tablets daily must be wrong...probably a typo! Good wishes:)
