How likely is it that a firm, oval, fibrous lump between the breasts is cancerous? i shave this area. lump is sometimes larger sometimes smaller.

HARD TO SAY: It is a lump not in the breast but in the chest wall.and it is firm.oval and fibrous.It may be a benign fibrous tumor or a cyst.It is more than likely not due to cancer.But it should be checked and excised and sent for pathology to make the diagnosis
