Recently noticed a small ball near uvula. same week i had sex with a female & got a cold sore 2 days later. also smoke weed daily out of papers. right now i have tender lymph nodes when i swallow, & neck is a lil stiff. is this herpes or oral cancer?

Unlikely to be: cancer but does sound infectious. Whether it is Herpes or another infective agent cannot be determined without examining you. Make an appointment to be seen by a health care professional as soon as possible.

Need more info : Oral diagnosis requires a good exam. See an ENT surgeon to evaluate this.
