Banding: Unclear about the number of bands , but seeing them after the procedure is not uncommon The huge bump is likely an externally thrombosed hemorrhoid If you are unclear about followup care you should speak with the treating physician and how to treat the pain

It may be normal: It isnot unusual for the bands to fall off after few days as bands are used to cut off the blood supply so that the hemorrhoids fall of due to no blood supply.For huge bump I will call the surgeon and get it checked if he feels it should be
