Paronychia?: Are you sure it’s toenail fungus? Could be an infected area around the toenail that needs to be drained and/or an ingrown toenail that needs to be treated. I’d see your primary care physician or podiatrist.

For : Pain people can take Tylenol or NSAIDS. But the question such pain can be due to infection or ingrown toe nail. Need to see a podiatrist
