Stomach gurgle.: To prevent this, you may want to consider having a good breakfast and lunch with a good amount of lean protein and especially fiber. The fiber will keep you full longer and will hopefully prevent these gurgles and grumbles during class.

Hungry stomach: Sounds like it is just your stomach telling you it is hungry. Eating breakfast or packing some snacks can help with the gurgling stomach. If you have any other symptoms aside from the rumbing (ie pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea) it may be due to something else and you should get an exam by your doctor.
