For the past 2 weeks my poop has a bit of blood in it , at first it was my anus felt like it was getting smaller and it was hard to poop now the blood. i thought it will pass, but i feel something is wrong and its a bit embarrassing to visit a doctor?

Although it is: embarrassing for you it will not be embarrassing for the doctor. His/her desire is to detect and treat disease. Your symptoms are very worrisome and you would much rather find out what is going on now while something can be done than later when you may not have any options for treatment and a shortened life expectancy. Go to the doctor ASAP.

Possible fissure: This sounds like an anal fissure, which can be very painful. Internal hemorrhoids are possible too. You will need to visit your doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Nothing to be embarrassed about, doctors see this all the time.
