Well: Anal tissues are fragile and can be easily damaged by anal intercourse. Pregnancy does not occur through anal intercourse. However, sexually transmitted diseases can be passed through anal sex. Lube jelly is used to reduce friction. A condom is used to prevent transmission of STD's and to prevent pregnancy.

Your choice: If you do this you need to understand the poop inside is full of germs like E.coli. That is a major cause of urinary tract infections, so when you have anal sex without a condom you are at risk for may forms of UTI from poop exposure as well as any STD's.
