I am a healthy 35/m, and i received my bloodwork back with 624 as my ldh score. it says it's high. what could be the cause and is it serious?

Strenuous exercise: LDH is released from cells after cell damage. It’s found in a lot of tissues types (heart, liver and skeletal muscle). For a healthy 35 year old male most likely cause is strenuous exercise, or trauma. Alcohol can also increase LDH levels. Typically a repeat LDH is done along with the LDH isoenzymes (1-4) and if LDH still persists then additional tests are needed to find out which tissue it’s from
