Unlikely: A lot of assumptions by you- (1)The red stuff is from blood (2)The blood is from a HIV infection person. Even if both scenario were true, it is unlikely the HIV would survive on contact with hot FF . Even if you do swallow it, it is unlikely the virus would survive in passage through the stomach. Stop worrying.
