Requires examination: It is difficult to comment without examination. Pain in the rib cage could be originating in the cartilage, muscles, nerves or bone or from surrounding structures such at the diaphragm, liver, lungs, pancreas and spleen. An ectopic pregnancy can also cause the pain you are describing. An examination by a Dr is needed and possibly an Ultrasound scan and blood tests would be needed.

Emergency exam: You have to get to an emergency room or emergi center clinic immediately. You have signs and symptoms of potentially serious illnesses and you need an emergency examination and treatment. Some possibilities to consider are appendicitis, cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, & dissecting aneurysm. The sooner you are properly examined the better your chances for recovery.
