31weeks pregnant and throughout my pregnancy sometimes my ovaries are sore or hurt. what causes this and when should i be concerned?

Please call your OB: At 31 weeks you should not be feeling pain form both ovaries, that is totally not normal, it be from your round ligament on each side as if it was from your ovaries, your doc would ahae been able to see a cyst on ultrasound during you 1st or early 2nd trimester at 31 weeks u can t see the ovaies on an ultrasound, there are many ither causes for the pain.
