It increases your: risks for side effects like izziness, drowsiness, confusion, & difficulty concentrating per Drugs.Com. It can also have a negative impact on depression or anxiety. I advise all of my patient's not to drink alcohol if they are taking an SSRI.

Variable and doses: Can make symptoms and one should be careful, not drive and be accompanied! Some persons have serious events. You may be at a stab,e dose and not drink to excess BUT not all do'!!!!!
