HIV oral transmiss'n: Although not a common route, HIV can be transmitted through oral sex. Hiv is transmitted via body fluids and blood. If either recipient or donor has an std or open cuts in contact with mucus membranes of the partner, the risk of transmission is higher. Condoms are recommended to reduce risk.
