For a few months my chest weezes when exhaling completely. i have a lingering barking cough too. when running i feel out of breathe although im fit?

Asthma: You may have exercise induced asthma or cough variant asthma. I strongly suggest evaluation by your PCP or a certified pulmonologist for x-rays and pulmonary function testing. It sounds like you may need inhaled medication.
