Infection? STD?: This probably is something more than HPV infection. HPV could cause pink spotting, if it is causing signficant erosion or pre-cancerous growth on the cervix. However, colored vaginal discharge usually indicates other kinds of infection, including STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas). Yeast infection can cause burning pain.
