I have been on brintellix for 6 months all great, but due to stress lately i use urbanol 5mg 0r 10mg a day if needed can i start duromine 15mg now?

Need follow-up.: Brintellix (Trintellix) is an antidepressant that is dosed at 10mg or 20mg daily. Urbanol is a benzodiazepine like Valium that is used for rescue anxiety dosing. Duromine is an appetite-suppressant, like Fastin. If you are not taking the 20g Brintellix, you might talk to your Family Doc about an increase if you need Urbanol rescue. The Duromine (stimulant) may worsen anxiety.
