For the last year i see flicker in peripheral vision.it happens once or twice/evryday for 5-15 secs ata time. eye doc said eyes are ok. what is this?

It is possible that: symptoms of this nature are related to a neurological or other systemic disorder. Potentially multiple sclerosis. Ask your health care provider for a referral to a neurologist for evaluation.
