Can having your thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer cause very low blood pressure 80/60?

Get checked: If you have had adequate thyroid replacement, your BP should not be affected by the thyroid removal. One of the potential complications is having the parathyroid removed or damaged and thus lowering your supply of parathyroid hormone as well. Have you had other symptoms aside from the low blood pressure? If your BP has dropped more than 20 mm , you need to check with your doctor to find out why
